True Strength Platform
The innovative True Strength(TS) Platform is a signature scope construction platform. Most significantly, it includes a Smart Spherical Structure(SSS) controlling the joint-like interaction between a scope’s inner and outer tubes. The design provides long lasting reliability in these interactions to guarantee precise and responsive windage/elevation adjustment over time. TS has been at the heart of every genuine Leapers scope for more than a decade and has been fully tested on scope-killer airguns and elephant rifles with extreme recoil.

Most Demanding Tests
We perform our testing based on actual users' input. We gather usage intelligence from all deployment aspects, carefully analyze their impacts and develop appropriate test parameters to ensure optimal performance under all conditions. TS has been at the heart of every genuine Leapers scope for more than a decade and has been fully tested on scope-killer airguns and elephant rifles with extreme recoil.

Premium Lockable and Resettable Turrets
Well-designed and constructed target turrets allow for crisp, consistent and precise windage and elevation adjustments. Its locking and re-setting features protect and complement one of the most critical parts in the optic for proper zeroing.

Side Wheel Adjustable Turret
SWAT AO, for short of Side Wheel Adjustable Turret, allows this particular scope to achieve an impressive and unparalleled parallax free view from 10 yards to infinity. The side wheel design provides a user-friendly, easy and quick access type of adjustment. Optional Big Wheel of various sizes can be purchased to get even finer adjustment.

Parallax Free View from 10 Yards to Infinity
Uncommon throughout the market, this particular scope series achieves an impressive and unparalleled parallax free view from as close in as 10 yards out to infinity with its SWAT AO.

EZ-TAP Illumination Enhancing Technology
Uncommon throughout the market, this particular scope series comes equipped with the patented Illumination Enhancing(IE) Technology built into the reticle system, providing traditional red/green dual color and 36-color multi mode operation. With this IE technology, you can handle any environment under any weather conditions. Customer testimonials also tell us that the IE technology is a God-sent for color blind shooters to be able to find a color workable to their eye sight. Low profile control console with 2 finger-friendly soft buttons sits on top of the ocular tube for illumination management.

Range Estimating Mil-dot Reticle
Leapers/UTG started introducing mil-dot reticle optics from as early as 2003, pioneering the Range Estimating concept as a useful tool for hunters and shooters around the world. Today, the mil-dot reticle is widely accepted and used in this industry. Leveraging our years of experience in this area, UTG developed and refined the unique Tactical Range Estimating(TRE) mil-dot reticle and offers this feature in almost all of our optics. With some patient learning and practice using our TRE, shooters can enhance accuracy and performance in ways not imagined before. Regular mil-dot reticles found on the market usually have 4 dots in each direction of the cross hair, giving you 9 different aiming points for either windage or elevation. If you count the 2 inner tips of the opposite duplex cross hairs, you get 11 aiming points. In contrast, Leapers/UTG 36 Mil-Dot Tactical Range Estimating Reticle (TRE) has 9 dots on each direction of the cross hair, giving you 19 aiming points or 21 including the inner tips of the duplex cross hairs.

UTG aims to provide application and solution oriented products, including useful and most commonly sough-after accessories. In addition to the flip-open lens caps, a pair of medium profile Max Strength heavy duty rings are included. The rings, with a saddle height of 15mm, fit on Picatinny/Weaver rails and are secured with user friendly, quick detach twist locks.

I ordered this scope after reading many reviews on several sites. Very few reviews talked about the scope holding zero when used with heavy recoil rifles. I am giving my review after testing the scope on my AR-10 .308 rifle.

You need one of these scopes……..

Ok, so only a few hundred rounds through it, but it’s held zero, and works very well for the price. I have not needed to light the retical but am glad it has that feature should I ever wish to use it. The cross hairs are a bit thick for precision target shooting, but that isn’t its purpose. Fast acquisition will be easy with these cross hairs. When my new rifle was fed the “right stuff”, I got a .6 and a .7 MOA 3-shot group @100yds with this, so I’m not complaining one bit.

Works nicely for small game as well as target shooting

I have this mounted to my Ruger 10/22. Works nicely for small game as well as target shooting. I have been able to get it out to the 100 yards i need it to. I have been able to shoot out to 200 yards and have some good groups. When in my pack it is a little bulky but thats not a huge problem. I have dropped my bag a few times and it was able to stay on sight. little micro adjustments here and there but nothing too crazy to say is a problem. All in all it is a strong well built scope for the price.

Bought this scope 1 year ago to put on my ar 15 . Have put over 1000 rounds thought my rifle from 25 to 300 yards and it works great for the price. The only problem is the rectal is rather thick so at long distance its hard to group your shots. It has held zero and i have had no problems so far. It is not a $700 vortex scope but for the price it does a great job. I would recommend this scope without reservation.

Best Scope for AR Platforms

Great product for the price. Took only 8 shots to get my AR-10 sighted in, and has held the zero for hundreds of shots and multiple hunts. Especially good for early morning and late evening/night hunts for hogs. Find a color you like for your reticle, and that crosshair lights up like the 4th of July while you unleash chaos on those pigs (or any other animal for that matter). If you’re looking for a quality scope that can take the beating of a .308 over and over, buy this one. You can’t beat the quality given the amazing price.

great for pcp or miltipump air rifle

liking this scope so far with limited use. got it on a pcp air rifle and it zeroed fine and held zero. I like the turret locks and the ability to set the turrets to “0” once you are sighted in. you can then adjust for different pellets (like premere hollow points are 0-0 and crow magnums are -10 elevation and 4 clicks right, or whatever) I got the 80mm wheel for the ao side turret and would strongly suggest it, it makes the ao adjustment very easy. the illumination works, and is quite fancy… but doesn’t add a whole lot of functionality to the scope for most. the scope doesn’t focus as crisply over 10x magnification…. that kind of sucks. and this particular scope has the wire reticle. for slightly more you can get an etched glass reticle, which may help with more recoil intensive applications. overall solid. and great for an 11 inch scope (yes this is compact, check sizes on other 12x scopes)

Nice scope!

If you’re wondering, don’t anymore. I was pretty particular about picking out a scope for my rifle. I wanted a good one without breaking the bank. Well I found it in this one. I don’t use the colored reticle much, but it is pretty cool to have for sure. Solid scope, seems well built and clear as well. Not a Nikon, but also not Nikon priced either. Great scope. Have it on a 5.56 SBR and would easily work on a bigger caliber. Using stock scope rings and haven’t had any issues. One came loose on me, but I think I just didn’t tighten it enough. May swap out rings one day, but other than that no complaints!

Unreal how nice this scope is! Mounted on my Bushmaster AR-15

I am not a scope expert, all I want is a quality glass that I can see clearly through and gives me a good chance to hit my target. I do own a Leupold and several other brand scopes (bushnell, swift, Nikon, Pentax, Kronus, etc). Up until this purchase, my favorite scope was my Pentax Lightseeker, this scope is better. Extremely well built. Mil dot is great, I don’t even use the light up color options. Easy to zero, and reset the zero. Very well made, no complaints at all with the scope. You will be surprised how nice a scope this is for the money. Yeah I still want a Trijicon but this will do until I can manage to fork over the $1000. It actually comes with some scope rings but they are so short that it is difficult to charge my AR. Bought some a little bit taller (quick connect UTG) and it is a little better. I think this is a great deal!
